I have been wondering about this - let us know how it goes (and how you go...) My friend just started with it and said you just have to stay below a certain # of fat grams, but she has a change of clothes at work just in case.
Just watch your fat intake and you'll be fine. But you seriously CAN NOT cheat. Or you'll be doubled over on the toilet. But some of us (ME) need consequences to get a grip on our eating. So it's working for me...
