I sent my agency a homestudy update question via email yesterday and received a response which totally caught me off guard.
In summary it said something to the effect of...if you still want to adopt, it might be in your best interest to switch programs because the China NSN program is not getting any better, nor will it.
I guess I should call and figure out what the heck this all means and honestly I'm a little scared.

WOW. Who is your agency??
I think that is a very odd comment from your agency. My agency (an extremely reliable agency) has encouraged all of its waiting families to stay the course. I am telling you this not as a way to say that my agency is great (although I do like my agency a lot), but as a counterbalance to what is otherwise a rather negative message.

Don't worry just yet - I haven't heard that anywhere else, but please let us know what your agency says!

That's crazy...no one else is saying that! I hope they're very misinformed...
I have three beautiful children from China, one was nsn and 2 were sn. If you want to see pics or talk to me about any of it, let me know. I am single too !
